LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the following:
DIESEL ENGINE FUEL
Sealed bids, bearing the name and address of the bidder on the face of the envelope, and clearly marked Diesel Engine Fuel and shall be submitted to Town Clerk Town of Tusten 210 Bridge St Narrowsburg NY 12764 by 5:00pm April 5, 2022. Bids will be opened and read at the Town of Tusten Board workshop April 5, 2022 at 6:30pm and awarded at the Town of Tusten Board meeting on April 12, 2022.
Specifications may be obtained from Town from the Town Clerk Town of Tusten 210 Bridge St Narrowsburg NY 12764.
The Town Board and the Town Superintendent of Highways reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding and to re-advertise for new bids.
All bids must contain a statement of non-collusion as required by Section 103 of the General Municipal Law.
